Dear competitors,
Once again we would like to thank all of you who participated in the 11th International Violin Competition Vaclav Huml and congratulate you on the excellent results. All of you who will remain in Zagreb are invited to the reception that the mayor of Zagreb, Milan Bandic, organizes for the participants of the competitions on Thursday, February 16 at 12.00 am at Palace Dverce, Katarinin trg 6 (Upper Town).
Also We hope that you join us at the farewell party after the announcement of this year’s winners on Friday, February 17 around 22:30 in the club MATIS (next door to the Concert hall).

Important!
Rehearsals with the piano accompanist for competitors who passed to the second round will take place in V. Lisinski concert hall (small hall) on Sunday, from 2PM until 11 PM. We will make the schedule after announcement of the competitors’ names who entering at the second round (around 1:30 PM).

The opening ceremony of the 11th International Competition Vaclav Huml is on Thursday, 9 February at 20:00 in the Vatroslav Lisinski-Small Hall.
Office of the Competition opens on Thursday, 9 February at 9.00 in the V. Lisinski-Small Hall. Working hours: 9.00 to 21.00.
XI. International Vaclav Huml Violin Competition will be held in the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall, Trg S. Radića 4, Zagreb
All participants can practice on their own and with piano companions at the Music Academy, Marshal Tito Square 12, Zagreb
For competitors who qualify for the second eliminatory round and final round of the competition organizers will cover the costs of accommodation.
In the 1st round, all competitors must provide their own accommodation. Helpful links are:
