Elena SEMENOVA

RUSIJA, 1993.

Was born 11.12.1993 in Samara, Russian Federation. She started to play the violin at the age of 5. In 2002 Elena applied to Tchaikovsky State Conservatory music school in class of Prof. Marina Keselman and in 2009 to Tchaikovsky State Conservatory college.
In 2013 she applied to the class of Prof. Leonid Sorokow in University of music and performing arts in Vienna. Elena took part in masterclasses and played on many international stages in Latvia, Russia, Germany, England, Austria, Croatia, Bulgaria, Lichtenstein. Also she currently gains a scholarship in International Music Academy in Lichtenstein.
The first successful competition was when Elena was 8. She won the first prize at Russian national violin competition. In 2014, she won the second prize on the International Beethoven violin competition.
In 2015 Elena was awarded Special prize on Lipizer international violin competition for performing R. Lipizer «La technica superiore del Violino». In 2016 she won the third prize on Stefanie Hohl International violin competition. In 2016 the first prize on Filadelfia International violin competition.
